Sunday Stills Challenge - Flowers and Plants

There aren't too many flowers around my house yet. For one, there just isn't much here that blooms period, but things that should be blooming all pretty much look like this...

Almost, but not quite blooming yet.

Of course, I have TONS of these little buggers...

Dandelions everywhere. The bastards.

I ended up over at my parents house this week though and my mom's yard is fabulous! Flowers everywhere! Here are a few of my favorite shots.

Flowers are some of my favorite subjects so I may have gone a little overboard.
If you want to check out the other SSC'ers, go through the comments here.

Ha! I forgot to add the disclaimer that I don't know what any of these plants are! :)

I know the last two are wild flowers that grow around here and the first one is a tulip that hasn't bloomed yet at my house and of course the dandelion bastard. Other then that, no clue! Sorry guys!

Nice selection.

Flowers that are not quite open always looks so full of promise.
